Is Filing A Lawsuit Really Necessary?

Answer: In order to get my clients fair compensation for their injuries, I file a lawsuit on their behalf about 90% of the time. I do this because insurance companies often do not make reasonable settlement offers because so many attorneys nowadays are more interested in a quick settlement instead of making sure that their clients are fairly treated.

It is common place for insurance companies to make opening settlement offers at or lower than my client’s medical bills. I have found that it saves time and effort just to file suit at that point because then the insurance company knows that your serious about the case. After filing suit, about half of my cases settle within a few weeks. For these reasons, filing a lawsuit may be the best thing to do in order to obtain a fair resolution of your claim.
